About Me
Nick Africano is a Northern Virginia Realtor®, husband, dad, and lifelong competitor. A two-time conference placer and team captain at Olivet College, Nick went on to become an Age-Level All-American in both Greco-Roman and Freestyle wrestling — competing at the national level and coaching through USA Wrestling's Bronze Level certification program. When he's not working, he's training — a brown belt in Judo and blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, still chasing the craft. That same drive and attention to detail carries directly into how he serves his real estate clients.
Off the mat, Nick co-founded Greco United, a nonprofit working to remove financial barriers for wrestlers pursuing World and Olympic-level competition. When he's not working or training, he's at home with his wife Nawal and their kids — which gives him a genuine appreciation for what buying or selling a home really means for a family.
He brings the same competitiveness, preparation, and care to every transaction that he gave to every match.
